These terms cover Loadout, made by DEADWORK. By using the app, you agree to them.
The app
Loadout helps you track production gear so nothing gets left behind on set. It's provided as-is — we built it to be genuinely useful for real shoots, but we can't guarantee it will catch every missing item every time. Always do a final visual check before you wrap.
Free trial
New installs get a 7-day free trial with full access to the app. No charge happens during the trial.
Subscription
After the trial, continued use of Loadout requires an auto-renewing subscription:
- Monthly: $12/month
- Yearly: $99/year
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID account settings, under Subscriptions — not through DEADWORK directly, since Apple handles all billing.
- If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
Your gear list, kits, photos, and scan history are never deleted if your subscription lapses — they stay on your device and in your own iCloud account. A lapsed subscription only pauses new activity in the app (like adding items or running a wrap-day scan) until you resubscribe.

Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. If we make a material change, we'll make a reasonable effort to let you know in the app.
